The current regulation issued by the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) obliges companies to offer self-tests to their employees if they cannot work exclusively from their home offices in order to break the chain of infection.
Therefore many companies want employees of their own to motivate and support their colleagues during the self-tests application. And for this purpose we have designed this webinar.
One-hour webinar including additional materials by e-mail:
- Understanding the basics
Which organisational requirements have to be met? What is the procedure? - Monitoring self-tests How does one recognise correct/incorrect
testing procedure? How does one react in case of complications? - Initiating follow-up actions
What to do in case of positive test results? - Documenting self-test
Which regulation applies in which federal and issuing certificates state? Where does it make sense to certify the test-result? How should the certificates be issued?
*** Important note ***
This webinar teaches how the implementation of coronavirus self-tests can be properly accompanied on company premises. The correct use of so-called SARS-CoV 2-Rapid-Antigen-Tests by the webinar‘s participants on other people, for which a corresponding certificate is required, is not the subject of the qualification.
